Texas wedding videography and documentary filmmaking by Michael Dean and Cassie. Based near Fredericksburg, filming throughout San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country, and happy to travel wherever your story takes us.

We look for the things you’ll want to hear and see again: a story during your interviews, your parents’ reactions, a joke between friends, the words you promised each other, and the small exchanges you missed while the day kept moving. We film those moments so you can remember them, share them, and pass the stories along.

We’re Michael Dean and Cassie.
We got married in Lubbock in 2021, and Michael Dean has been filming weddings since he was 16. His family has roots in the German New Braunfels area, and mine are in the West Texas High Plains. Our whole family is here in Texas, which means a trip to film a wedding often comes with a place to stay and family to see!
With an Aggie and a Texas Tech graduate between us, we’re proud Texans for sure. We’re based in Harper, near Fredericksburg, and film weddings across the Texas Hill Country and beyond.

Arrive with adequate time for venue access, load-in, and a brief planner check-in.
Maintain a quiet, event-appropriate on-site presence.
Use the planner as the lead point of contact when timing or logistics change.
Arrival & Presence
Use multiple sources whenever feasible: groom mic, DJ/soundboard feed, dedicated recorders, and ambient room sound.
Monitor and adapt to the venue and sound environment.
Build the edit around the voices and natural moments that carry the story
Audio Coverage
Prioritize real interactions, room reactions, and moments outside the couple’s direct view.
Use interviews only when planned and appropriate for the schedule.
Protect ceremony, speeches, and family moments from unnecessary interruption.
